Our Story
Greg Dillehay, our owner and head technician, began working in the automotive industry in 1994 in Mesquite, Texas, learning paintless dent repair through years of mentorship from an experienced technician. By 2000, he had mastered the craft and started his own PDR business, building his skills through real-world experience.
Over the past two decades, Greg has repaired more than 25,000 vehicles across 10 states and spent over 12 years as a trusted PDR provider for multiple DFW dealerships, including seven years as the sole technician for a local Ford dealership. In 2025, he chose to step away from dealership volume work and now focuses entirely on delivering high-quality repairs directly to customers through TrueForm Dent Repair.

Greg doesn’t believe in resting on experience alone. He’s attended 6–8 Mobile Tech Expo conferences and invests in twice-yearly manufacturer technical training to stay current with the newest paintless dent repair tools and techniques.
He’s I-CAR trained (the same standard insurance companies trust when evaluating repair quality) and uses professional-grade tools from Anson, Dentcraft, A1, and Camauto, along with industry-standard software like CCC ONE for insurance estimates and Mobile Tech RX for shop management.

Greg grew up in Mesquite and has lived in the DFW area his entire life. In 2008, he moved his family to Rockwall and Heath, where all of his kids went through Rockwall and Heath schools. Today, TrueForm operates out of Sachse and serves drivers across Wylie, Plano, Rockwall, and Garland.
