Terms Of Service

Effective Date: March 24, 2026

Welcome to the TrueForm Dent Repair website. By accessing our site or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between TrueForm Dent Repair ("we," "us," or "Greg Dillehay") and you, the customer.

1. Estimates And Quotes

  • Photo Estimates: Estimates provided via uploaded photos or text are preliminary and non-binding. A final, binding estimate will be provided only after Greg has personally inspected the vehicle.

  • Price Validity: All written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

  • Estimate Guarantee: You will receive a written estimate before any work begins. As per our guarantee, if you do not receive one, you do not pay until one is provided.

2. Service Performance

  • The "One Technician" Promise: All repairs are performed personally by Greg Dillehay. We do not use subcontractors or third-party technicians for PDR services.

  • Access to Vehicle: The customer must provide reasonable access to the vehicle at the agreed-upon time and location for mobile or shop services.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Due: Payment is due in full upon completion of the repair unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

  • Accepted Methods: We accept cash, major credit cards, and insurance claim disbursements.

​

  • Discounts: Community Hero discounts (15% off) apply to out-of-pocket retail repairs only and cannot be combined with insurance claims or other promotional offers.

4. Our Written Guarantees

We stand behind our craftsmanship with four specific written guarantees:

  • 100% Satisfaction: If a repair does not meet the agreed-upon expectations, we will work to rectify it or credit the amount toward future service.

​

  • Limited Lifetime Workmanship: TWe warranty our PDR workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. This does not cover new damage to the same area or structural failure of the vehicle's original paint.

  • On-Time Completion: If we miss a promised completion date due to factors within our control, a credit will be applied to your future service.

​

  • Paint Integrity: PDR relies on the quality of the original factory paint. TrueForm is not responsible for paint peeling or cracking on vehicles with prior non-factory paintwork or existing clear-coat failure.

5. Liability and Damage

  • Pre-existing Conditions: TrueForm is not liable for pre-existing mechanical issues, electrical faults, or structural damage unrelated to the specific dent being repaired.

Vehicle Contents: Customers are advised to remove all personal valuables from the vehicle prior to service. TrueForm is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

6. Cancellation Policy

​We request at least 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Repeated "no-shows" may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

7. Changes to Terms

TrueForm Dent Repair reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
